We have a range of women-only fitness courses to suit you. From personal training sessions to small groups and full bootcamp options, there's something suitable for all abilities and confidence levels.

BODYFIX BODY BLAST BOOTCAMP
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
A ‘body pump’ style, weights-based workout that’s designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.
Ideal for all abilities. 4 week camps with 2 x 45 min classes per week.
WHEN: Every Monday & Wednesday from 6.50pm to 7.30pm

BODYFIX ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Get the full works. You are weighed and measure at the start of the camp and again at the end to track your progress. As well as two classes a week you will be part of a private online Facebook support group where there are meal ideas, recipes and meal plans and extra optional challenges alongside your classes. 6 week camp with 2 x 45 min classes per week.

THINGS TO KNOW
Half of chosen boot camp balance is required to reserve your space. Remaining balance is due prior camp to start date. Ask us for exact balance deadline dates for your camp. Balances are non transferrable and non refundable.

BODYFIX BOXHIIT BOOTCAMP
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
An interval training based class which mixes sharp bursts of cardio exercise with short periods of recovery. During the working periods you will be challenging yourself to the edge of your limits. 4 week camps with 2 x 30 min classes per week.

BODYFIX THE WORKS BOOTCAMP
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Unsure which camp to choose? The Works is a mixture of the above camps. You never know what you’re going to get each session. 4 week camp with 2 x 50 min classes per week.

BODYFIX EARLY BIRD BOOTCAMP

Need to wake up for your day? This class is a mixture of early morning weights, punchbag, core & bodyweight workouts. 4 week camps with 2 x 40 min classes per week.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Looking for a more personalised experience? We offer personal training sessions either as 121, partners or small group options. Workouts are tailored to your fitness levels and individual needs. Perfect for confidence building if you're nervous about joining in with larger group sessions.
